"We had a over the phone discussion of what I wanted and he outlines the process and resources needed to complete the job. His team worked step by step with me making sure I understand what was been done and making sure I approve of all the necessary work to complete the project. I had a disagreement and they work with me and correct it with out any problem. I thank you all for that. Thanks again"
